Deacon....in BLUE

Hi there, and a very happy Wednesday to you all!

Today sees another new challenge over at FOR FUN challenges, and this week we have the totally awesome BUGABOO as our sponsors! The lucky winner this week will receive a whopping 7 Bugaboo images....your only problem will be narrowing down your choice, they are just FABBY!

The theme is easy....we want to see 1+1 FOLDS that means, the usual fold plus 1 more.....no more, no less!

Here's what I've made:

It's a fold-back card, and that gorgeous image is called Deacon Bugs, and can be found at the Bugaboo store HERE. I used Kraft card for the base, and the papers are some I've had forever, Dovecraft Masculine. I coloured Deacon using Promarkers, and cut him out using a nestie.

I added some card candy, garden twine and card corners as simple embellies. The photo hinges are secured with tiny flower brads, and were made using my latest die, a Quickutz, which I got a couple of weeks ago, and was 'dying' to use.....(get it?) PMSL!!

I thought the sentiment suited the image...he looks as if he's having the BEST time! The card looks like this from above...

We are really hoping to see lots of entries this week, last week's crocheted flower challenge was not one of our most popular, so let's make up for it this week!!
