Friends

** UPDATE **
I am proud to say that my card was chosen in Pollycraft's TOP 3!!! Yay! I am a Pollycraft FAVOURITE!!

I have been itching to join in again with the Pollycraft challenge, and I finally managed it this week. I also wanted to make a card for a good friend of mine, and as the theme is FRIENDS it was perfect! I've used one of Paula's delightful images to create my card. Her name is Tea Time Flo.

I flipped the image so that each Flo had her cuppa in the opposite hand. I coloured their hair and skin with Promarkers, and paper-pieced their dressed, socks, cups and hair-bows to match the 2 DPs I used, which are from the Nitwits Grins & Giggles set.

The sentiment is a circle definition of FRIEND.

I folded my own stepper card, but think I need to find some accurate measurements for next time!!! It just about works, but isn't as simple as I thought it would be!!!!

There is a decorative punched panel in the centre with a ribbon, and some lace along the back section. The names were created using some 'Bling!' rhinestone letters, sent to me by a friend (thanks Tilly!)

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Have a Happy Friday everyone!

Adorable as always Ms Ali, please stop by my blog as I have left something special for you HERE. I hope you do not mind and that you will accept it. Your work truly is beautiful and I feel it should be acknowledged and shared.

Wow! - the photos do not do this card justice Ali - it is too special for words.

Here's a quick way to remember the steps if you want it. 1" 2" Remainder

The first step is approx 1" high so do a mountain fold at 1" then a valley fold at 2"

The second step is approx 2" high, so do a mountain fold at 4"(this measure includes your first step ;) ) and a valley at 6"

The third step is the remainder of your card, so find the centre of what is left between your last fold and the edge of the paper and put in a mountain fold. Hey Presto! :D

Hope that helps for your next card and some of your followers can use it too.

btw - there isn't anything wrong with the one you done anyway missus - it is so perfect! :D

Hugs as always and thank you so much :)
