Going GREEN!

Good Afternoon!

I have just spent a lovely morning with my 4 year old son at the Opportunity Group for children with Special Needs and their parents......we've been going for a couple of years now and have made some wonderful friends.

Onto today's card; a staggered stepper in monochromatic green. I haven't done many monochrome cards, and really enjoyed making this one, so I reckon I'll give it another try with different colours again quite soon.

The image is called Willow, the Autumn Fairy, and is by the fabulous Michelle Perkett.....you can find it in her store HERE. We were sponsored by her a few weeks ago at For Fun Challenges and I fell in love with her designs and went straight to her Etsy SHOP for a bit of retail therapy!!! Willow was one of the images I purchased! She has been coloured with Promarkers.

Don't you just love that sentiment!? I made some layered flowers using a Bosskut die I've had for ages, leaves with a punch and added some gems, ribbon and funky fibres for texture.

The papers I used are from a digi collection, (sorry, I can't remember the name of it.)

I am really pleased with my card, and would like to enter it into the following challenges this week:

Thanks so much for looking, and happy crafting everyone!

Hugs, from Ali x
