A Couple of!!!

Just a quick post to share two quickie-cards that were needed in a for my FIL (whoops!) and one for a little boy at the Opportunity Group. What with a BH and half term last week, I'm still playing catch-up, and these got left until the last minute, so I went with a quick downloadable card front for FIL from CardMaking Downloads.

I added a flourish of tiny gems to the left hand panel.

The decoupage layers are built up using foam pads.

I also inked the edges of the layers on the decoupage to finish it off.

And for the 2nd card, I used an image from another CMD download.....a fireman!

I used a 6"x6" scalloped card, added a layer of red card, and the DP which is MME Mabel papers from the Stella & rose collection. I then used foam pads to fix the image. The 'Happy Birthday' is a sticker, the name and number are glitteration peel-offs and I finished off with a couple of black card-corners, card candy and buttons. Whoops, just noticed that the button from the top RH side corner is missing!

Don't forget to pop over to CMD and look around, there are 1000s of fab downloads at really good prices, and there's something for all tastes and styles (not on commission btw, just like to share a good site!)

Thanks for looking.
